Shipping, Returns, Exchage & Cancellation Policy

Shipping

We believe in minimum wastage and hence, follow just-in-time manufacturing. Our warehouse is based out of Jaipur, Rajasthan and all shipments are manufactured and dispatched from here.

We provide free shipping across India and it takes us about 7-10 working days to dispatch the order. 

For international orders, it takes about 10 - 15 days after dispatch for it to reach the destination.  

Return & Exchange

In case of any exchange or return, please inform us about the same within 2 days of delivery. We accept the exchange within 10 days of the registered request and hold the right to not accept the products in case received in a damaged condition or after the given time.

The shipping cost of return / exchange if any must be borne by the customer. 

For any return order we issue a store credit which is valid for a 1-year period from the date of issue and can be used against any merchandise on our website.

We allow exchange of products only if there is a manufacturing defect or a damage in transit. All our products are handmade with utmost care and love. All product dimensions and materials are mentioned on each product. We do not entertain exchanges for size related issues.

In case of an exchange, we will send the replacement upon receiving the return shipment. If the replacement item price is more than the original item ordered, we will send you a payment link for the balance amount. Alternatively, if the replacement item price is less than the original item ordered, we will issue a credit note for the balance amount.

Cancellation

At Taru, we do our best to provide the finest quality of products. Like most natural textiles, our fabrics are not guaranteed against natural wear, abrasion, stretch, shrinkage, fading or dye-lot variations.

We accept cancellations if the order has not been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.
